Here I highlight just a few of my many mathematical colleagues.

I am working with Sunil Chebolu and Ján Mináč on the algebraic theory of quadratic forms. I also work with Bruce Richter at the University of Waterloo. He is a co-author on my first ever mathematics paper, as well as a recent one. I am very grateful to Wal Wallis and Jim MacDougall, who introduced to me the subject of vertex-magic total labelings, and to graph labelings in general.

My two brothers, Jim McQuillan and Ian McQuillan are both Associate Professors of Computer Science, at Western Illinois University and the University of Saskatchewan, respectively.
