This course is a core Civil Engineering course covering basic concepts of fluid statics and mechanics, covering a range of topics from Bernoulli’s principle, to dimensional analysis and similitude to pipe flow and open channel flow. Students will apply the REAP (Research Engineering Application Presentation) model to develop physical models of important fluid mechanics concepts and present their work to the wider Norwich and Vermont community.
